You are responsible for ensuring all information provided during registration is accurate, complete, and up to date. This includes your full name, date of birth, address, phone number, and payment details. Any false or misleading information may result in account suspension.
Identity Verification (KYC) is mandatory for all users who wish to make a withdrawal. Required documents include:
- Identity Card (MyKad) — clear, undamaged front and back copies
- A selfie holding your MyKad with your face clearly visible and uncovered
- Most recent three months' bank statements or an updated passbook
- Proof of current address dated within the last three months (utility bill or official letter)
4Deposits, Withdrawals, and Financial Transactions
All financial transactions on h2m login are processed through secure and trusted payment systems. You are fully responsible for ensuring that the payment method used belongs to you and that you are authorised to use it.

5Bonus and Promotions Policy
